You can play a round of golf on our par-3, 9-hole course, which is accommodating to both beginners and experienced golfers. Then enjoy some time on one of the best, if not *the* best, patio in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. Do you host events?
Yes, we host events of all sizes for personal or corporate occasions held by both members and non-members!
Do I have to be a member to host an event?
Nope. We host events for both members and non-members. It really is the perfect venue for company outings, private parties, fundraisers, tournaments or any other reason to get out and enjoy our course and patio.
How do I book an event?
Contact us by phone, email or the form on our contact page and we will be in touch to work through the details of your event. Our event coordinator will help organize everything and make sure your event day is a success. There is a booking deposit required to secure your date, which is deducted from the event fee.
Can you host a group of 3 people? 300 people? How many can you host?!
We can host events for small, intimate parties or large, corporate full-day retreats. We have two types: Badlands Social events for groups up to 30, and Exclusive Events where we close the course for your group.
Do you serve drinks? What will we drink?
Indeed we do. We are a licensed establishment with a well-stocked bar. Wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks are on the menu.
Do you have food on site? What will we eat?
You betcha. We have event meal packages and will serve your group. Get in touch for our current meal packages and pricing.
Some of us aren’t golfers... should we really hold an event at a golf course?
The Badlands course is designed for both beginner and advanced golfers. It’s a laid-back, judgement-free environment and the perfect place to take some swings even if you aren’t joining the PGA tour anytime soon.
Can you provide loaner clubs?
Yes we can. Please speak with your event coordinator about loaner club needs and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you have golf carts for rent?
We do not have powered golf carts but we do have complimentary pull carts on site. The course is walkable and we encourage walking with your group as part of the socializing experience.
